Course or Consultation Enrollment
When you have decided to undertake the Mindful Buteyko Breathing Course please download, save and complete the Course Enrolment and Payment Form.
How to do this?
- Please save a copy of the Form by dragging the downloaded Form to your desktop
- You can enter the requested information on the Form and then choose SAVE from the FILE menu to keep your work.
When you have saved the completed Form please email or post the Form to us.
Your information, as requested in the Form, will enable us to tailor the Course to your current health condition.
Following completion of the Course many people experience significant improvement in their condition and their symptoms. Those conditions include sleep apnoea, snoring, insomnia, asthma, hay fever, allergies, sinusitis, anxiety, chronic fatigue and emphysema.
The Course includes follow up support over a 3 month period as needed. That support includes email and telephone support as well as support via Zoom (if requested).
By the end of the 3 month period new breathing habits should well and truly have formed if the breathing exercises have been practised correctly and diligently.

If you would like to undertake at least two Consultations please download, save and complete the Consultation Enrollment and Payment Form.
Proceed to consultation payment
After receiving your completed Enrollment Form and after payment of the requested fee is made for the Course or Consultations you will receive an email confirming receipt of payment.
Following your accepted enrollment in the Course within 24 hours you will be sent by express post the Course Materials Booklet.
Upon receiving confirmation of your receipt of the Course Materials Booklet the Second Session will be scheduled with you within the next 7 days.
If you need to cancel the Course or Consultation before commencement due to circumstances beyond your control mutually satisfactory arrangements will be made, in the first instance, to reschedule the commencement date for the Course or Consultations.
If rescheduling the Course or Consultations is not possible due to circumstances beyond your control a full refund of the requested fee will be made within 48 hours upon receipt of your written request to do so.
We will abide by the requirements and principles declared by Australian Consumer Law.
